Ilya Apart 2 has four studios.  Each studio is unique in its floor plan, All are large studios and all have balconies or patios, double beds and sofa beds.  Kitchens are fully equipped with full size refrigerators and washing machines.  These rooms are perfect for couples or singles and popular with digital nomads. The can accommodate three people for shorter stays.  Our communal terrace is available to all with tea and coffee making facilities and a view of the Aegean.  

One bedroom apartments at Ilya 2 are large apartments with a lot of living area.  Each apartment is unique and all are stylishly furnished with fully equipped kitchens including dishwashers and washing machines.  All one bedroom apartments have balconies or patios for outdoor relaxing and dining.  All have access to the communal terrace.

The two bedroom apartments at Ilya 2 all have sea views so you can enjoy evenings on your balcony overlooking the blue Aegean.  All the apartments have good natural light and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.  There are two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with two single beds.  The apartments are very large for holiday apartments so there is plenty of room to relax and enjoy your vacation. 

The Deluxe Apartment at Ilya Apart 2 is a large stylish apartment, complete with a working fireplace.  It has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom.  The balcony has views of the Aegean looking across to Kos Island.  There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.
